I'll try not to make this very long......
Picture this:
In March 1998, a citizen receives a value due to VAT/IVA.
For some reason he forgets-!! to pay it back to the Tax De-pmt.
Some time in the year 2000 he is presented with his fault.
In May 2001 he pays the Due Vat/Iva.
In May 2004 he is taken into Trial without his knowledge!
The 23rd September 2004, while having a coffee at a very crowded cafe, he is arrested by four policemen and taken into custody.
While in custody he is told the reason for being there is just to be told that at the court action, his crime was SPARED.
For what he must sometime this year, pay the court for the expenses, being those around Eur:100,00.
The citizen is after driven back to his car parked in front of the previous cafe and set free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
